Integrated steelmaker ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NSI) has raised CRC prices by INR 2,000/t ($27/t) for mid-Feb’22 sales effective 15 Feb, sources informed SteelMint. Post revision, the effective price stands at INR 73,750-74,750/t ($982-996/t) exy-Mumbai, excluding GST at 18%.
Higher prices of substrate HRC in both the domestic and global markets led to the hike in CRC prices.
