ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) has raised prices by INR 500/t ($7/t) for HRCs and INR 1,000/t ($13/t) for steel plates effective 8 Feb’22, sources informed SteelMint. Subsequent to the revision, HRC stands at INR 66,500-67,500/t ($889-902/t), while plates (20-40mm) prices are at INR 68,500-69,000/t ($916-922/t) exy-Mumbai minus 18% GST.
