India: AM/NS lifts flat steel prices by INR 1,500/t ($20/t) for mid-March sales

ArcelorMittal/Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) has raised prices for HRC and CRC by INR 1,500/t ($20/t) for mid-March sales, sources informed SteelMint. Post-revision, prices stand at:

• HRC (2.5-8mm, IS 2062): INR 74,000-74,500 ($967-974/t)
• CRC (0.90mm, IS 513 Gr O): INR 80,000-81,000/t ($1,046-1,059/t)
• GPC (0.8mm, 80 gsm): INR 83,500-84,000/t ($1,091-1,098/t)

Prices are on an exy-Mumbai basis, and exclusive of GST @ 18%.
