India: AM/NS increases HRC, CRC prices by 1,000/t ($13)

AM/NS India has increased HRC and CRC list prices by INR 1,000/t ($13) with effect from 29 Oct’21, SteelMint learnt from sources.

Effective prices:
HRC (IS 2062, 2.5-8mm): INR 70,500-71,000/t ($942-948)
CRC (IS 513 Gr O, 0.9mm): INR 76,500-77,000/t ($1,022-1,028)
Prices are exy-Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%.

Prices were raised on rising coking coal prices and the recent spurt in steel restocking.
