Aluminium scrap prices rose by INR 1,000/t on positive sentiments as the primary manufacturers raised prime grade material (P1020 – 99.7%) prices by up to INR 9,500/t. However, the market observed minor variations today with a few sellers holding a bullish outlook for the near term. Prices for alumininum tense scrap are assessed at INR 165,000/t exw Delhi, excluding GST.
