India’s aluminium scrap market prices remained stable towards the start of the week, with a slight shortage of tense scrap and extrusion scrap witnessing limited demand in the market. Tense scrap prices reached INR 172,000/t, while utensil scrap stood at INR 168,000/t ex-Delhi. LME future prices fell slightly by 0.3% to $2,211/t at the time of reporting.
