Aluminium scrap prices of a few grades inched up by INR 1,000/t while prices of other grades were firm against the previous closing, SteelMint assessment shows. Moderate buying activity has been seen in the northern as well as western regions amid sufficient availability of scrap except utensil grade. Market sources are uncertain about the near-term price outlook.
