India: Aluminium scrap prices range-bound d-o-d

India’s domestic aluminium scrap prices remained range-bound d-o-d today. Current prices-

• Tense scrap: INR 168,000/t ($2,051/t)
• Utensil grade: INR 175,000/t ($2,137/t)
• Extrusion grade: INR 182,000/t ($2,222/t)

Trade sources informed that the supply of taint tabor scrap has improved in the domestic market while tense scrap availability continues to remain tight.
