Domestic aluminium scrap prices moved down d-o-d today even as LME three-month futures rebounded to settle at $2,274/t at the reporting time. Prices of tense stood at INR 161,000/t ($1,950/t), extrusion at INR 176,000/t ($2,132/t) and utensil at INR 170,000/t ($2,060/t), all exy. Market participants said that transactions remained low-to-moderate and there is slight selling pressure owing to weak global sentiments.
