Agarvanshi emerged as the highest bidder for the Onda iron ore mine block X in today’s auction at a premium of 125.30%, BigMint learnt from sources. The block, of around 61.73 Ha, is located in Goa and has geological resources of 5.6 mnt. The mine comprises deposits of average-grade fines (Fe 57.17%) and lumps (Fe 55.5%), with the erstwhile lessee being M/s Chowgule and Company Private Limited.
