Adverse weather conditions has restricted the physical market activities in South. Further shortage of iron ore has also kept the production capacities low.
Whereas, demand at rest of India is believed to have picked. Prices moved up at most of the major mandis’ giving some sign of market revival. However, the authenticity of such price hikes will be juddged by their sustainability.
