Adani Enterprises plans to invest $5.2 billion to build an alumina refinery in the eastern Indian state of Odisha in order to add one more business to his rapidly-expanding empire, SteelMint learned from sources. The refinery will have an annual capacity of 4 mnt, as per reports.
