India: 16,000 t of iron ore booked in Odisha auctions

16,000 t of iron ore were booked at auctions from Odisha on 11 Jun’26.

• SAIL Barsua: Of 20,000 t offered, 8,000-t fresh fines (Fe 59.5%) were booked at INR 4,375/t.
• SAIL Bolani: Of 60,000 t offered, 8,000-t CLO (10-40 mm, Fe 62%) were booked at INR 6,275/t.
• OMDC: 9,695-t lumps (5-40 mm, Fe 57.56-58.99%) and 2,626.72-t fines (Fe 57.43%) with base price set at INR 3,810-4,000/t and INR 2,550/t received no bids.
• Prices were on ex-mines/FOR loaded into rake basis and inclusive of royalty, DMF, NMET, and extra premium.
