State-run Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction today for 104,000 t of iron ore fines for Fe 60.5% (indicative) from its Barsua mines in Odisha. The auction received bids for the entire material on offer at INR 7,610-7,630/t (loaded on to wagons, including royalty, DMF, NMET and the additional amount cited in MMDR Amendment Act), as per sources.
