Imported Scrap in Turkey traded higher on Monday. Bookings
from Turkish mills were improved as they looked forward to replenish their
stock levels. Current offers for imported scrap rose by $ 4-6/MT from the
previous offers. A cargo of HMS 70:30 from Europe was heard being
sold at $406/MT and a high quality cargo of shredded HMS scrap was heard being
offered at $427-$429/MT.
