Imported Chinese HRC (SS400) offers to Pakistan witnessed a steep drop this week. Offer prices varied in the range of $730-770/t CFR Pakistan. Last week, offers were assessed at around $805/t CFR. Buying interest remains subdued amidst currency depreciation, higher inflation rate and recent hike in power costs, SteelMint learnt from reliable sources. No offers were heard from other exporting countries.
