Induction furnace-route rebar prices were assessed at INR 50,800/t exw-Raipur on 1 Sep’22, up by INR 200/t d-o-d following rise in billet prices. However, demand remained moderate and nearly 2,200 t of transactions were recorded by SteelMint today. However, in the late hours, buyers refrained from bidding as prices decreased marginally.
