- Induction route rebar prices moved up by INR 500/t to INR 52,500/t exw in Raipur following the uptrend in sponge iron and steel billet prices.
- However, buying enquiries slowed down and around 2,200 t rebars deals were concluded today. Buyers turned silent as they had booked adequate quantity in the past few days, sources informed.
- The conversion spread from billet to 12mm-rebar stood at INR 2,500-3,000/t.
