- Maharashtra and Gujarat-based IF mills concluded 12,000 t of rebar deals today, while 2,700 t of trades were done by suppliers in Raipur.
- Due to adequate bookings by Raipur mills it is unlikely that prices will drop in the near term.
- Further, excess raw material supply in the local market, especially sponge, may lead to slight fluctuation in prices, sources at hot charging mills informed.
