Hyundai Steel lowers bid for Japanese scrap upto JPY 2,500/t ($24) w-o-w

South Korean mill – Hyundai Steel has lowered its bid price today for Japanese scrap by JPY 2,500/t ($24) w-o-w, SteelMint learned from its trade channels. The bid price for H2 is now set at JPY 39,500/t ($381) FoB level. Japanese scrap prices have come down on falling bids from key markets and downtrend in global scrap prices.
