HRC prices in China drop RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d

China’s domestic HRC prices dropped RMB 20/t ($3/t), while CRC prices remained unchanged d-o-d today. Current offers:

• HRC (4.5-12mm, Q235 B): RMB 4,210/t ($607/t)
• CRC (1-1.2mm, Q195-215A): RMB 4,760/t ($686/t)
• Prices are exw-Tianjin, including 13% VAT.

SHFE HRC futures for May’23 delivery closed today at RMB 4,327/t ($624/t), down by RMB 21/t ($3/t) d-o-d.
