HR strip (patra) prices inched up by INR 1,800/t ($23/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh and INR 600/t ($8/t) in Raipur on 30 May’22. The current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices are assessed at INR 51,800/t ($668/t) exw-Mandi and INR 50,700/t ($554/t) exw-Raipur, excluding GST at 18%.
