HPCL floats Tender for Import of 200,000 MT Steam Coal

Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited invites bids for supply of 200,000 MT imported steam coal of Indonesia, South Africa and USA origin.

Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Government of India enterprise at Kagajnagar (Assam), is inviting bids for supply of 200,000 MT steam coal for its Nagaon based Paper Mill at Assam. The company has invited steam coal supply tender in three different proportions, originating from three different destinations. The tender process will be completed under a two-part system; first would be techno commercial bid and second would be final price bid.

Imported Steam Coal

South African Grade – 100,000 MT
Indonesian Steam Coal – 50,000 MT
US Grade Coal- 50,000 MT

Due date– Interested bidders can submit their quotation till 3 Sept, 2015

The company has floated this tender for supply of Indonesian, South African and US coal with a variation of +20% for use in stoker fired boiler.
