Heavy structure steel prices increased by INR 300/t d-o-d in Raipur today. Current offers for 150mm channels stand at INR 55,800/t exw while discounts by suppliers hovered at around INR 1,600-1,800/t. The recovery in raw material prices boosted trading activities, resulting in an increase in offers. Meanwhile, in other regions, bulk transactions have still not gained momentum, SteelMint learnt.
