HBIS concludes tender for purchase of 25,900t silicomanganese in Jan ’21

Hebei Iron and Steel Group, one of the largest steel company in China has concluded the tender for procurement of 25,900 t silicomanganese in Jan ’21 at 7,150 Yuan/t ($1,098/t). The tender price is 800 yuan higher than the set price for last month, amidst bullish steel sentiment. Meanwhile, silicomanganese spot prices in Northern China are at 6,600-6,700 Yuan/t.
