Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) has hiked domestic pellet offers by INR 200/t ($3/t) to INR 9,300/t exw ($118/t) from INR 9,100/t ($116/t) seen till yesterday. Meanwhile, offers from other Raipur-based pellet producers are assessed at INR 8,900-9,000/t ($113-114/t) exw. The hike in sponge iron prices led to the rise in pellet offers, SteelMint notes.
