Global crude steel production fell by 3.7% y-o-y in Dec’25 – WSA

Global crude steel production declined by 3.7% y-o-y to 139.6 mnt in Dec’25, according to the World Steel Association (WSA).

• China’s production dropped by 10.3% y-o-y to 68.2 mnt.
• India’s output rose by 10.1% y-o-y to 14.8 mnt.
• USA’s production increased by 3.6% y-o-y to 6.9 mnt.
