Global aluminium production up marginally m-o-m in Aug’22

World’s aluminium production stood at 5.89 mnt in Aug’22, up marginally by 0.17% from 5.88 mnt in July, as per the International Aluminium Institute (IAI).
China was the largest producer with 3.5 mnt, contributing to around 59% in world’s aluminium output in the month.
Total global aluminium production stood at 45.45 mnt in Jan-Aug’22.
