France: ArcelorMittal sets up second electric steel sheet plant

Steel giant ArcelorMittal has set up its second electric steel sheet plant in Mardyck, France, as per a SteelDaily report. The plant is likely to get operational by CY’24 with an annual capacity 200,000 tonnes. The steel major has invested EURO 300 million in the construction of the plant with a view to develop electric transport in France.
