Ferro manganese prices move up but demand is not so high

Ferromanganese prices are quoted higher from the previous
week.

High carbon ferromanganese 70% is quoted currently at Rs
51,000/MT Ex works, i.e. up from the previous week. However, no deals have
taken place so far at the current rates.

“Availability of FeMn is low and its demand is also not very
high both domestically & in the export market. Buyers expectation for FeMn
export grade 75% is below $950/MT”, said a manganese alloys producer in India.
