Outokumpu, Europe’s largest stainless steel producer, announced a sharp cut in the price of 300 series stainless steel surcharge for Jun’22, as per SteelDaily. In Jun, the price of Outokumpu’s 304 grade will be adjusted to Euro 3,219/t ($3,434/t), down Euro 625/t ($667/t)) from May, while the price of 316 surcharge is Euro 4,741/t ($5,058/t), down Euro 818/t ($873/t) from the previous month.
