Europe: Outokumpu announces stainless steel surcharges for Feb’26

Outokumpu has raised alloy surcharges for flat stainless steel products for Mar’26, tracking higher raw material costs across major grades.

• 304 (EN 1.4301) series: EUR 2,142/t ($2,523/t), up EUR 24/t ($28/t) m-o-m.
• 316L (EN 1.4404): EUR 3,639/t ($4,287/t), up EUR 157/t ($184/t) m-o-m.
• 430 (EN 1.4016): EUR 1,004/t ($1,182/t), down EUR 13/t ($15/t) m-o-m.

The company’s melt production capacity is 2.55 mnt/year and strip capacity is 1.6 mnt.
