Europe’s finished stainless steelmaker, Outokumpu, has released its surcharges for flat alloy products for Feb’24 deliveries. Post-revision, prices are:
- 304 (EN 1.4301) series: $2,141/t, down by $23/t from Jan.
- 316L (EN 1.4404): $3,558/t, up by $116/t m-o-m.
- 430 (EN 1.4016): $1,073/t, down by $12/t m-o-m.
The company’s annual production capacity is 2.8 mnt of cold-rolled stainless steel and 0.5 mnt of hot-rolled stainless steel.
