Europe: ArcelorMittal steeply increases flat steel prices by Euro 100/t($110/t)

ArcelorMittal Europe announced another steep hike of Euro 100/t ($110/t) in its flat-rolled product portfolio, after having increased prices by Euro 150/t on 10 Mar’22. Current prices –

• HRC: Euro 1,400/t ($1,540/t)
• CRC: Euro 1,500/t ($1,650/t)
• Hot dipped galvanised: Euro 1,550/t ($1,705/t)

Tight material availability, rising energy prices and raw material price hikes have resulted in increase in offers.
