Stainless steel producer, Aperam, recently announced its surcharges for austenitic flat products for Jun’26. Post-revision, prices of the most-traded 304 (1.4301) grade rose by EUR 122/t ($141/t) to EUR 2,365/t ($2,751/t) and 316L (1.4404) rose by EUR 243/t ($282/t) to EUR 4,056/t ($4,718/t). Aperam has an annual capacity of over 2.5 mnt of stainless flat steel, with facilities in Europe, South America and Asia.
