Eastern Indian mills conclude nearly 15,000 t of sponge iron export deals

Five rakes (12,700 t) of iron ore-based DRI were sold at $405/t LTW eastern India, equivalent to $425/t CPT Nepal.
SteelMint’s price assessment for iron ore-based DRI (FeM 80%, lumps 70%, fines 30%) stands at around $425/t CPT Nepal, up by $5-10/t w-o-w.
About 2,500t of pellets-based DRI (P-DRI) deal was concluded at $365/t LTW from eastern India, equivalent to $385/t CPT Nepal.
