Ramgarh based Brahmaputra Metallics Limited has further raised its billet price by INR 200/t to INR 30,700/t exw. The company produces premium grade billets and supplies them largely to Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab. The plant has a billet making capacity of over 150,000 t pa. Yesterday, SteelMint learnt that about 400 t billet deals were reported at INR 30,500/t exw, equivalent to INR 32,700/t delivered Mandi, excluding GST.
