Eastern India-based mills conclude around 10,000 t sponge iron export deals

Three rakes (7,500 t) of sponge iron were sold at around $455/t loaded to wagon eastern India, equivalent to $470/t CPT Nepal (FeM 80%, lumps 70%, fines 30%).
SteelMint’s weekly price assessment was stable at $470/t CPT Nepal, (FeM 80%, lumps 70%, fines 30%).
Also, about 2,000 t of sponge iron was sold to Bangladesh at around $400/t CPT Benapole.
