Chhattisgarh: NMDC reduced iron ore lump prices by INR 100-120/MT, ROM prices by INR 80/MT and surprisingly raised prices of fines by INR 100/MT for Nov’15 deliveries.

Karnataka: In the Karnataka iron ore e-auctions conducted so far in this month, iron ore prices are as follows.
NMDC: Bid prices are as follows-fines (Fe 60%) are at INR 1,040/MT and lump (Fe 62.2%) are at INR 2,060/MT
Private miners: Lump (Fe 61.9%) received bids at INR 1,860/MT and fines (Fe 59.8%) fetched bids at INR 970/MT. Karnataka prices (basic) and grade weighted average
Goa: In the 13th Goa iron ore e-auction held on 04 Nov’15, all the lots received flat bids. Fines (Fe 61%) grade located at Codli mines was sold at INR 500/MT.Lot containing ROM (Fe 60%) located at Amona plant was allotted at INR 500/MT. Lot containing lump (Fe 58%) located at Rivona mine was sold at bid price of INR 500/MT. (Prices mentioned are basic)
