RINL is looking for conversion agent to process Billet into TMT Rebars and/or to Structure at Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Only those Tenderers, who are having valid license issued by Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) would be considered for appointment as Conversion Agents.
RINL invites offers from experienced/established agencies for appointment as Conversion Agent for processing of semis (Billets of sizes 65×65 mm/75×75 mm/90×90 mm/125x125mm/ 150×150 mm/200×200 mm) into TMT Rebar and/or Structural
General Conditions:
- The tenderer should be re-rollers having a Rolling Mill with available facilities for Processing of Semis into TMT Rebar and/or Structural, with a minimum capacity of 5,000 MT per month.
- Tenderer should have minimum INR 1 billion or equivalent turnover in USD/LKR in any one of the previous 3 years with necessary supporting documents.
- The tenderers are required to have valid License from SLSI.
- The tenderers are required to be registered with Sri Lanka Tax Authorities.
- RINL/VSP shall be supplying semis to the extent of around 1,000 to 3,000 MT per month.
