Spot Coking Coal offers look down further in some of the
largest consumer nations of the world. “Offers from Australia and Indonesia are
lower than beforeâ€Â, said a trader supplying in China.
Most of the Chinese steelmakers are into annual contracts
for domestic supply so using imported material at this point doesn’t seem like
possible as demand for the material remains low.
Premium low volume HCC is being quoted around $188 CFR India
and $187 CFR China. However, semi soft coke was being offered higher at over $120/MT CFR India.
