The Ministry of Coal has concluded the successful auction of 8 coal mines as part of the ninth round of auctions for commercial mining. These 8 coal mines collectively hold geological reserves totalling 1,721.44 mnt. Their combined peak rated capacity (PRC) stood at 4.20 mnt.
