>> Coal output in China in Oct’17 was at 283.54 MnT, according to the latest data released by the National Bureau of Statistics. The production in the month was up by 1.5% year-on-year, but down by 4.89% month-on-month.
>>Met Coke production in China had decreased 12.6% year-on-year in Oct’17. According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, 34.79 MnT of Met Coke was produced in that country; and that was down by 7.63% month-on-month. During the Jan-Oct’17 period, 364.76 MnT of Met Coke was produced in China; that was a decrease of 1.6% year-on-year.
>>Coal India Limited has achieved a record feat of loading 250 coal rakes per day on Tuesday. The coal major is targeting loading 300 coal rakes per day in the medium term.
