CIS Billet prices at $542-545/t fob Black Sea is unexpected to slip further from current levels and show gains on reasons like shortage of the semi finished material, demand picking up from European countries and expensive scrap.
Hence, Buyers should take position at these levels eyeing price rise in near term despite approaching holidays according to traders.
Billet is also available in sufficient quantity with some of the traders due to which buying levels may not rise as per anticipation.
Whereas, some experts are of the opinion that prices might not loose ground further but will gain in a months time.
