CIS Billet is being offered to UAE and Saudi Arabia in the range of $560-570/t cfr main Gulf port for material to be produced and delivered in October.
Last deal was heard to be concluded at $560-590/t cfr two weeks back.
On account of weak demand of re-bar in the Gulf region and high cost of conversion on re-rolling Billet to re-bar, Billet buying has also limited .
Ukraine has been offering Billet at $560/t but no trades have taken place yet.
