Coal India Limited (CIL) has initiated coal linkage sales for the cement sector in the seventh tranche of auctions, offering 6 mnt. The modulated floor price ranged between INR 1,087- 3,624/t. Prior to this, sales were concluded for the sponge sector with a quantity of 3.6 mnt coal in the same auction round.
