Due to which the company has achieved the monthly coal offtake for Oct’17, with total dispatch increasing 11% M-o-M to 48.28 MnT.

In the backdrop of robust demand for coal, the government had also asked CIL to clear coal stock at pithead and bring it down to nil from around 30 MnT stock available at present. Total coal offtake of CIL has increased 8.6% Y-o-Y to 317.30 MnT during Apr’17-Oct’17 period.
