Coal India Ltd. is introducing the ‘Special Spot e-Auction scheme 2O2O’ for reducing dependence on imports to attain ‘Aatma Nirbharta’. Any Indian buyer, including traders, is eligible to procure coal under this scheme for use within the country but not for re-export. MSTC and mjunction are the two service providers.
