Chinese Pig Iron prices have been falling from the begining of this month as steel mills in China are on maintenance and also as offers of domestic finished steel products is low.
Weak demand from auto manufacturing and ship building industries have resulted in sales of steel products lower by Rs RMB 300/t, below the cost of production.
