Chinese steel mills have floated higher offers for HRC (SS400) at $670/t CFR Vietnam as they return from the Lunar New Year holidays. Last heard offers were around $645-650/t CFR just before the Tet holidays in Vietnam. Meanwhile, domestic HRC prices have increased by RMB 70/t ($10/t) to RMB 4,170/t ($618/t) as the market activities have resumed in China.
